In the first consultation, the nutritionist evaluates the patient's clinical history, the presence of conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, autoimmune diseases or obesity, food preferences and level of physical activity. Sleep pattern, weight and, in some cases, body perimeters are also considered.
